• Classification:

GSSSB Physiotherapist Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

possess

(i) a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956; and

(ii) the basic knowledge of computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and

(iii) possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or Both.

The candidate shall require to get himself registered with the Indian Association of Physiotherapist, if he is not so registered, at the time of making an application;

Provided that the candidate shall require to get himself registered with the Gujarat state council for Physiotherapist as soon as the said Council is constituted under section 3 of the Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapist Act, 2011.

2. Age Limit (As on 23/12/2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age Relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Application Fee

• General Candidates (Unreserved): ₹ 500/-
• All Other Reserved Candidates (SC/ST, PwD, Women): ₹ 400/-
• Payment Mode: Online (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI) or Offline (SBI Challan).

The selection will be based on a two-tier examination followed by document verification:
